At Lotus Bawa, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to assist you with a return and replacement.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.
Note: Returns are not accepted for products purchased on sale or during promotional offers unless the product is faulty.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at marketing@bawastl.com or use the contact form with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, approve the return.
- Pickup/Return Instructions: We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
Replacement Delivery Timeline
For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5–7 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- We only offer replacements for eligible return cases — no exchanges for different sizes/styles unless the wrong item was delivered.

If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative product.
