Note: We do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale, during promotions, or with discount codes unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process

Approval: Once your return/refund request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Return Pickup: In case a return is required, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned product and it passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed. The refundable amount will be credited to the original source account (used at the time of payment) within 5–7 business days.
